About the role:
You will be accountable for supporting team members in collecting the maximum amount of overdue funds from Dentons clients across Europe, which may include a variety of collection methods using best in class customer service approach.
Responsibilities:
- Performing Cash Collection activities
- Comply with the firm's policies, internal procedures
- Resolving client queries
- Ensuring inputs received from Partners are stored in the system
- Support in day-to-day and ad hoc tasks
- Support in the general projects and initiatives
- Working towards quality standards
- Support in generation of reports and data analyzing
- Working towards building professional relations
- Support in collaborating with Local Finance teams
- Following the work instructions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Nice to have:
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in finance.
- Proficiency in Elite System (intermediate level).
- Proficiency in Arcs (intermediate level).
