We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Regulatory Oversight Management  to join our Corporate Trust teams. This role is located in Wrocław, Poland – HYBRID. 

Team/Department overview
Within EMEA, we currently have Corporate Trust Global Client Services teams in Dublin and Wexford and the teams continue to grow as we take on new business with overall responsibility for the operational relationship with our Clients. We work in a global model and are closely aligned to our colleagues in other locations such as the UK, US and India in order to streamline and support our automation agenda.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • To monitor and record all Corporate Trust business with an incorporated EMEA role within MBoB for CASS and CAP regulations. This includes new business, amendments, and updates to existing portfolio.
  • To monitor and record all opened GSP accounts owned by Corporate Trust and link them to the respective deal/contract. Maintaining those still under review or out of scope.
  • Escalate accordingly to relevant stakeholders any discrepancies between account openings/system records to executed client contracts.
  • Monitoring of balances on all Corporate Trust security accounts to ensure an appropriate governing contract is in place.
  • Complete daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reconciliations as appropriate.
  • Maintain, review, and enhance the Corporate Trust control mapping Framework to ensure compliance to minimum control standards.
  • Review and assess applicable risks to the CT business to ensure an effective control environment.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, compliance monitoring reviews and embedded control testing where appropriate. Ensuring all evidence is complete and accurate as well as any respective remedial actions are appropriately tracked and completed within the required timeframes.
  • Support the existing and future Platform operating business models.
  • Manage the quarterly MiFID Client statement process ensuring all obligations are met.
  • Maintain an appropriate level of CASS/CAP knowledge and awareness to meet the requirements of the role. 
  • Adherence to external Regulations as well as internal Risk and Compliance minimum standards.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience preferred.
  • Experience in the securities or financial services industry preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Business English
