Join our globally integrated FP&A Centre of Excellence (COE) and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality insights and performance management that supports our Life Unlimited purpose. In this highly visible, strategic role, you’ll partner with senior business and finance leaders to drive the financial success of our business units and shape the future of finance across the organization.
What will you be doing?
- Provide decision-making support and valuable insights to the finance and business leadership teams globally.
- Lead the delivery of core FP&A partnering activities across the Global Business Unit, including the annual budget, forecasts, and performance appraisals.
- Design and produce insightful financial reports, identifying opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Interface with senior leadership (SVP CFO, BU President, and their teams) to support strategic business decisions.
- Build understanding within commercial teams of market sales and pricing trends, and support business cases for tender preparation and ROI analysis.
- Proactively manage and coordinate financial cycles across the BU, ensuring efficient processes, timelines, and tools.
- Act as a key liaison between Global teams, strategy, and investor relations, driving alignment and seamless execution of financial strategies.
- Continuously improve FP&A and budgeting processes to enhance the effectiveness of the organization.
- Maintain a focus on digitalization by implementing tools to enhance reporting, analysis, and decision-making capabilities.
- Provide high-quality ad-hoc support and lead projects as required.
What will you need to be successful?
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ experience, with at least 3 years in senior finance roles. Experience in supporting business leadership, developing strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Skills: Outstanding strategic, numerical, and analytical skills. Ability to influence and communicate credibly at a senior level. Strong leadership capabilities and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in consolidation/BI systems, with experience in Hyperion HFM/Cognos, SAP, or similar.
- Education: Degree in Finance or Accounting, with a professional accounting qualification (CPA, CIMA, ACCA).
- Language: Fluent in English (C1+ level).
