MarTech Consultant (She/He/They)- GN Europe
Your responsibilities
- Acting as the go-to MarTech expert, advising clients on technology strategies and overseeing the selection, implementation, and optimisation of their tech stack to meet business objectives.
- Leading technical assessments, configurations, and integrations to ensure compatibility with client systems, while enhancing efficiency and campaign performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design custom MarTech solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe) that enhance engagement, streamline workflows, and elevate digital marketing effectiveness.
- Developing automated workflows, segmentation strategies, and lead-nurturing tactics to foster meaningful customer journeys.
- Staying current on MarTech trends, bringing fresh ideas and approaches to our work.
Our requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in MarTech consulting, with expertise in tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- A comprehensive understanding of digital channels and how they create cohesive, personalised marketing programs.
- Proven experience in managing complex technology projects from concept to implementation, with familiarity in Agile or similar methodologies.
- Proficiency in marketing automation, including workflows, segmentation, and lead nurturing to support customer journeys.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
Optional
- Certifications in relevant platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations pertinent to data management, marketing compliance, and customer engagement.

Working conditions

- Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź and Gdańsk.
- We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.
