Job Summary
The Master Data Management Analyst is responsible for managing and resolving ServiceNow requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. This role supports various projects, prepares SOX controls, and is vital in maintaining data integrity within the organization.
What You Will Do
- Process incoming requests in alignment with established SLAs, policies, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively manage stakeholder relationships.
- Prepare and maintain relevant SOX controls to ensure audit compliance.
- Support the implementation of corrective actions for deficiencies identified by supervisors or audit teams.
- Develop and maintain internal processes, controls documentation, and master data for customers, vendors, and employees.
- Assist in streamlining, standardizing, and automating processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation of reports, metrics, proposals, and presentations.
- Contribute to team productivity by independently managing tasks and initiatives.
What You Need
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in master data management, particularly finance-related data like customer information.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) and proficiency in additional European languages such as Italian, French, Spanish, or German.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, MFG, JDE, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
Preferred
- Experience in a multinational or shared service center environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
