Requirements
- min. 8 years of experience in FP&A, financial controlling or related roles in international organizations,
- proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team,
- strong background in supply chain finance will be a great asset,
- experience in annual budgeting, forecasting, and performance management,
- strong financial modeling, data analysis, and problem-solving skills,
- excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- drive the analysis of financial data related to supply chain operations, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies,
- cooperate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and operations, to gather insights and provide financial guidance that supports strategic decision-making,
- act as a strategic business partner to supply chain leadership to uncover insights and influence supply chain strategies,
- oversee the management of actuals, forecasts, and the annual budget process for the supply chain function across the region,
- close cooperation with global senior stakeholders in Asia, South America, and the USA.
