As a Claims Management Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by processing customer claims, review and analyza disputes. Previous experience within Customer Service area is an asset.

prepare standard and ad hoc reports and analyses

process disputes in bulk/ single

conduct professional email and oral communication with internal and external stakeholders

provide insight on process gaps and suggest mitigation actions and improvements

attend operational calls

ensure timely completion of all required deliverables
