THE WORK:

As a Claims Management Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by processing customer claims, review and analyza disputes. Previous experience within Customer Service area is an asset.

  • prepare standard and ad hoc reports and analyses

  • process disputes in bulk/ single

  • conduct professional email and oral communication with internal and external stakeholders

  • provide insight on process gaps and suggest mitigation actions and improvements

  • attend operational calls

  • ensure timely completion of all required deliverables

  • collaborate effectively with other departments

  • Dilligency and Attention to details

  • Pro active approach

  • Fluent in speaking writing

  • Language fluency B2 C1 C2

  • Responsible and with good time management skills

  • Goal oriented and resistant to time pressure

  • Motivated and eager to pick up challenges
