JIRA Technical Admin - Consultant

YOUR TASKS
- Working as part of the Jira technical team
- dedicated to provide technical support to end users and implement configuration changes aligned with policies and standards.
- Collaborating with Architects, leads and engaging with users/stakeholders,
- supporting automated/bulk updates, data migration activities, customizations, integration with other tools, data analysis, etc.
- Managing incident requests on a daily basis and expectations as well as priorities, meeting defined SLA and KPIs.
YOUR PROFILE
- Jira Data Center or Server configuration experience for a large user base. Experience working with JIRA Software as a Jira admin.
- Confluence setup and administration
- Usage of Plugins and Integrations with Jira & Confluence
- Jira/confluence project & space migration support
- Basic Scrum/Scaled Agile knowledge
- Data analysis and core consulting skills
- Working with global teams and users.
- Basic Groovy scripting and Scriptrunner experience is needed
- Large user base and server or data center edition experience is expected from the candidate.
