Your future team:
You will join our “Factory of the Future” team of specialists within Group R&D. We are a team of passionate, skilled and knowledgeable colleagues who develop & implement the newest technologies for stone wool production. The “Factory of the Future” team is recently established with the aim of upgrading our production facilities with best in class OT & IT Solutions. We are proud to be word leaders in our industry, and we work hard to stay in this position.
We’re currently building Data Science Team and you would be a part of it.
What you will be doing:
- Analyze industrial data to uncover insights from sensor data to improve automation.
- Design machine learning models for predictive maintenance or process optimization.
- Test and refine machine learning models for optimal industrial impact.
- Translate complex data findings for actionable business decisions.
- Collaborate with R&D team partnering with engineers to integrate data science solutions into production world.
What you bring:
- 3+ years of experience in data science or a related field preferably for production Industry
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (business, engineering)
- Understanding of IT/OT convergence (optional, but a plus)
- Strong foundation in statistics and probability
- Expertise in data analysis techniques (hypothesis testing, regression analysis, etc.)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Grafana, Power BI)
- Proficiency in data wrangling and manipulation libraries (pandas, NumPy)
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate insights into actionable recommendations
Tools and Technologies:
- Statistical programming languages (Python)
- Data analysis libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)
- Data visualization tools (Grafana, Power BI)
- Machine learning libraries (optional, but a plus)
