Job’s MissionThe mission of the Payments Senior Specialist (Accounts Payable) is to ensure that payments are made timely, accurately and respecting company policies and compliance.
Key Activities & Accountabilities
- Process payments daily (manual, batch, payroll, taxes, cash pooling) with compliance and deadlines
- Provide proof of payments, research historical activities, and provide supporting documentation on request
- Forecast payments and monthly funding of all local bank accounts (including intercompany)
- Support answers to audit queries, provide assistance and support to other teams
- Participate to project and automation development
- Investigate and solve issues relating to rejected or returned payments
Education Requirements
- Degree in Business and Administration (preferred)
- Fluent in English
- Familiar with US GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley Act
Work Experience
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in Accounting, Accounts payable or Shared services
- Familiar with ERP systems
- Experience in cash management position
