Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in GL or RTR area,
• good understanding processes in GL area,
• high interpersonal and analytical skills,
• attention to detail and thoroughness,
• very good command of English and German (at least B2),
• university degree or in the course of study with a major in Economics, Finance or Accounting will be an asset,
• experience in project of improvements will be an asset. 

Responsibilities

• performing accounting operations in Record To Report Area (Bank Statements, General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany),
• preparation of monthly Corporate Reporting Package (incl. Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, FA Table),
• preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliation,
• responding to queries from Operating Company, support Legal Entities and HQ on ad-hoc tasks,
• performing month closing activities such as: journal entries preparation and posting, running closing transaction,
• support annual audits and tax return working in concert with external auditors,
• ensuring accuracy and data integrity in the end-to-end financial reporting process by ensuring compliance with the Internal Control System requirements,
• participation in project improvement in finance area.
