Requirements
- master's degree in finance and accounting, economics or business,
- commercial mindset with the ability to think strategically and understand business impact,
- knowledge of financial/ERP system - knowledge of SAP will be an asset,
- strong business partnering and influencing skills,
- advanced analytical skills,
- hands-on attitude,
- excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- ability to collaborate and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization,
- ability to under tight deadlines,
- advanced Excel working skills,
- fluency in English and Ukrainian.
Responsibilities
- preparation of Market monthly P&L statements: actuals and forecasts,
- assistance in the preparation of Budgets & Strategic Plans Profit & Loss Statements,
- manage quarterly forecasts, budgets, and long-term planning within the region,
- business partnering commercial finance team in supporting the delivery of profit targets and commercial strategy,
- working to improve core commercial finance processes,
- ensure that SOX controls are completed on time and ensuring timely and accurate preparation of balance sheet reconciliations,
- preparing and managing Customer and Product Profitability,
- ensuring all processes are documented and aligned with internal procedures,
- overseeing end-to-end commercial finance processes,
- focusing on enhancing existing management reports, facilitating better business decision-making,
- seeking and implementing initiatives to improve processes, including automation and digitalization,
- cooperation with local GBS, as well as Global Tax and Treasury teams,
- ensuring top-quality support is provided to the business and actively fostering talent development.
