Requirements

• master's degree in finance and accounting, economics or business,
• commercial mindset with the ability to think strategically and understand business impact,
• knowledge of financial/ERP system - knowledge of SAP will be an asset,
• strong business partnering and influencing skills,
• advanced analytical skills,
• hands-on attitude,
• excellent written and verbal communication skills,
• ability to collaborate and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization,
• ability to under tight deadlines,
• advanced Excel working skills,
• fluency in English and Ukrainian.

Responsibilities

• preparation of Market monthly P&L statements: actuals and forecasts,
• assistance in the preparation of Budgets & Strategic Plans Profit & Loss Statements,
• manage quarterly forecasts, budgets, and long-term planning within the region,
• business partnering commercial finance team in supporting the delivery of profit targets and commercial strategy,
• working to improve core commercial finance processes,
• ensure that SOX controls are completed on time and ensuring timely and accurate preparation of balance sheet reconciliations,
• preparing and managing Customer and Product Profitability,
• ensuring all processes are documented and aligned with internal procedures,
• overseeing end-to-end commercial finance processes,
• focusing on enhancing existing management reports, facilitating better business decision-making,
• seeking and implementing initiatives to improve processes, including automation and digitalization,
• cooperation with local GBS, as well as Global Tax and Treasury teams,
• ensuring top-quality support is provided to the business and actively fostering talent development.
