Finance Managed Services (FMS) in PwC Poland is rapidly expanding as part of the Managed Services Operations. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming the operations of our domestic and international Clients. We are looking for:
FP&A Senior Specialist
Your future role:
- Produce ongoing financial forecasts for the current and plan years, meeting deadlines set by local Market/Cluster, Region, and Group FP&A teams,
- Support the annual Business Planning Process and strategy performance criteria, offering initial insights and commentary on movements between actuals, forecasts, latest estimates, and last year. Provide supporting variance analysis to Cluster, Regions, and Group Reporting teams,
- Act as an extension of the local market Finance teams, offering analysis to support business decisions as required,
- Collect and analyze data from various sources to produce accurate and timely reports, supporting decision-making processes,
- Optimize month-end closing processes to ensure timely closing while coordinating and reporting with other functions during MEC,
- Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against budget and forecasts, identifying key trends and insights,
- Prepare dashboards supporting various business initiatives and projects.
Apply if you have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting or Business Administration,
- 2+ years functional experience in FP&A, R2R (complex role incl. period close, audit support, reconciliations, transformation programs),
- Fluent English (second foreign language nice to have),
- Proficiency in Excel,
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail,
- Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to stakeholders,
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team,
Nice to have:
- CIMA or ACCA studies in progress,
- LSS Certificates,
- Visual Basic knowledge.
