Job Summary:

As a Marketing & Sales (M&S) Reporting Specialist,  you will be responsible for generating Strategic Insights, Operational, and OneData reporting supporting different markets, migrating activities from assigned markets to the Global Business Service (GBS) Center, performing controls and quality checking activities to ensure the reports of GBS meet the requirements of stakeholders as defined in the Service Level Targets (SLTs).

What you’ll do: 

• Generate and analyze reports for the Marketing - Strategic Insights (SI) team based in the markets. These reports help stakeholders create actions to help achieve company business goals and targets
• Ensure completeness of documentations such as Desktop Procedures and Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs)
• Implement Continuous improvement initiatives to make current reporting processes more efficient and accurate
• Aid Center Process Manager (CPM) in reviewing new market requests
• Perform quality checks via control points to ensure accuracy of reports delivered by GBS
