THE WORK

• Support standard transactional procurement activities for our customers while delivering superior customer service.
• Provide process and transaction support to both customers and team members, adhering to defined procedures in a professional and timely manner.
• Deliver excellent customer service through help desk support and direct customer contact.
• Independently resolve basic customer inquiries and issues and escalate complex ones as appropriate.
• Assist with special team projects as needed.
• Engage with the client and other stakeholders.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for your peers.
• Support the Team Lead with ad hoc assignments.

Flexible

The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

• Fluency in English and German, B2 level required (both written and spoken).

• Education background or working experience in procurement/ finance/ accounting/ a similar area.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
