Human Resources and Payroll Operations in MSO, PwC Poland is a rapidly expanding team. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our clients, as we delve into diverse projects and collaborate closely with international expert consulting and compliance teams to provide comprehensive Payroll and HR Administration services across various sectors in the region.

We are looking for:

Improvement Leader | Senior Manager

Your future role:

  • Improvement Pipeline Creation and Management: Work with Managers and Teams to develop and manage a pipeline of operational improvements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives,
  • Monitoring of Implementation: Oversee the execution of improvement projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet quality standards,
  • Active Participation in Delivery: Engage hands-on in the delivery of improvements, including the implementation of technological solutions to optimize existing processes,
  • Reporting on Improvements: Provide detailed reports on the status and impact of improvements, including their effect on FTE and costs, in collaboration with the Operational Efficiency Controller.

Apply if you have:

  • More than 5 years of proven experience managing multiple teams in a multi-service tower environment,
  • At least 3 years of payroll and HR administration operations management experience,
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and operational excellence,
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in English,
  • Excellent communication skills, including both - clients and internal sponsors communication,
  • Strong planning, time management and organizational skills,
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Nice to have:

  • Proficiency in one of the other European languages (e.g. German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese) will be considered a strong plus (however, not a necessary requirement).
