Human Resources and Payroll Operations in MSO, PwC Poland is a rapidly expanding team. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our clients, as we delve into diverse projects and collaborate closely with international expert consulting and compliance teams to provide comprehensive Payroll and HR Administration services across various sectors in the region.

We are looking for:

Operational Efficiency Controller | Senior Manager

Your future role:

  • Develop and maintain an operational controlling model: Create a robust framework for gathering, analyzing, and presenting key operational data such as volumes, times, efficiency, costs, unit costs, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Data analysis and reporting: Utilize Power BI dashboards to provide insightful analysis and reporting on operational metrics, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Operational review and standardization: Conduct regular reviews of unit times and collaborate with Operations Managers to set standard expected times for tasks and processes.
  • Capacity planning and monitoring: Oversee operational capacity planning based on anticipated work volumes, including providing cost inputs for service proposals.
  • Financial modeling: Provide accurate cost data and financial models for client proposals and managed services operations projects.
  • Managerial reporting: Act as a business analyst for managerial reporting dashboards, ensuring that reports are accurate, timely, and actionable.

Apply if you have:

  • More than 5 years of proven experience managing multiple teams in a multi-service tower environment,
  • At least 3 years of payroll and HR administration operations management experience,
  • Knowledge and experience using performance management tools and motivation techniques,
  • Fluency in English,
  • Excellent communication skills, including both - clients and internal sponsors communication,
  • Strong planning, time management and organizational skills,
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Nice to have:

  • Proficiency in one of the other European languages (e.g. German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese) will be considered a strong plus (however, not a necessary requirement).
