Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in accounting or similar direction,
• strong experience in accounting (at least 5 years in RTR area in SSC or BPO structures),
• knowledge of Digital Finance Layer (DFL) will be a huge asset,
• project improvement mindset,
• strong cummunication and analytical skills,
• indepandant in action,  
• experience in project management area (focus on change management),
• knowledge of SAP or Oracle ERP in FICO Module.

Responsibilities

• management of GCOA (Group Chart of Accounts), including requests validation & approval,
• ensuring correct mapping with Reporting Chart of Accounts (RCOA)
• delivering consistency with Posting Chart of Accounts (PCOA) across ERPs globally
• providing control of GCOA creation & usage and maintenance of GCOA guidelines & alignment with IFRS standards
• looking for space for continous improvements and staying on top with the bast pratices on market,
• being first point of contact for accounting departments.
