Project Manager for Global Mobility

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be supporting a Project Manager to help design, implement and execute best in class processes, including system implementation. Working with variety of stakeholders you will ensure best user experience for internal and external customers and a harmonized and compliant processes across multiple countries.

The work model for the role is: hybrid.

This role is contributing to the IA Hosted Global Mobility in Krakow.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• You will work closely with Service Line Delivery teams and GSLL to define and execute the service line roadmap, ensuring consistency and proper usage of internal tools.
• You will keep all systems and databases up to date with current process-related information, ensuring high data quality and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• You will develop and maintain of Global Mobility policies and procedures, including reviewing blueprints and designing end-to-end process maps.
• You will assist in supervising processes to eliminate weak points or bottlenecks in business operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives globally.

Qualifications for the role:

• You are highly skilled in HR systems and tools such as AssignmentPro, Workday, and SAP, and enjoy working within the global mobility sector.
• You have experience in Global Mobility, international HR, or related services and knowledge of general Global Mobility concepts
• You have established skills with several years of experience in HR Shared Services for a global company.
• Highly adept in specialized HR software and platforms.
• You are passionate about building relationships and working effectively across various teams, geographies, and cultures, as well as independently.
• You are innovative around managing multiple demands on time and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
• You are at ease communicating in a detail and solution-oriented manner, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• You have experience in process design and process maps creation.
