For our Client, a well-known service company, we are seeking a candidate for the newly created position of HRIS Specialist. The ideal candidate will have min. 4 years of experience in this role, be fluent in English, and be very comfortable working with top management.
HRIS Specialist
Requirements:
- min. 4 years of experience in a similar position in an international organisation,
- excellent communication skills in English,
- high self-reliance, meticulousness,
- experience in implementation of HRMS systems,
- openness to travel abroad once a quarter.
Responsibilities:
- coordinate the implementation of new modules/areas, activities of information systems in the area of human resources,
- supervision of operational, already implemented HR area modules/ applications,
- improvement of user experience in HR area applications,
- training/consultation in the area of hr programs used by Employees,
- monitoring the activities of the software vendors used in the organisation, from the HR area, staying in contact with them and reporting to them the needs/defects,
- using tools and applying processes that the Company has/creates,
- monitoring the effectiveness of the Employer's IT systems in the HR area and making suggestions to improve these systems/areas.
