Requirements:

• min. 4 years of experience in a similar position in an international organisation,
• excellent communication skills in English,
• high self-reliance, meticulousness,
• experience in implementation of HRMS systems,
• openness to travel abroad once a quarter.

Responsibilities:

• coordinate the implementation of new modules/areas, activities of information systems in the area of human resources,
• supervision of operational, already implemented HR area modules/ applications,
• improvement of user experience in HR area applications,
• training/consultation in the area of hr programs used by Employees,
• monitoring the activities of the software vendors used in the organisation, from the HR area, staying in contact with them and reporting to them the needs/defects,
• using tools and applying processes that the Company has/creates,
• monitoring the effectiveness of the Employer's IT systems in the HR area and making suggestions to improve these systems/areas.
