Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in FP&A, Business Administration, or a related field,
• proactive can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and understand complex business models and systems,
• proven experience in finance and BI tool implementation,
• strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial reporting and modeling,
• knowledge of ERP SAP and BI software,
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• fluent English language is a must,
• ability to work cross-functionally and manage projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• lead the implementation of BI tools and systems within the sales and finance organization,
• draft the business strategy between global and regional stakeholders,
• manage a portfolio of BI projects, delivering them on time and within budget,
• shape the entire reporting environment for Europe in cooperation with global and regional executives from IT, Finance and Sales,
• design custom reports according to business requirements and oversee the production process - coordination between finance lead users and IT developers,
• educate and train sales and finance team members on new BI tools,
• ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial reporting and BI platforms.
