Finance Managed Services (FMS) in PwC Poland is rapidly expanding as part of the Managed Services Operations. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming the operations of our domestic and international Clients. We are looking for:

Team Leader FP&A

Your future role:

• Oversee day-to-day operations related to FP&A and controlling functions, emphasizing team management, data maintenance, and technology utilization,
• Lead a team of 10 analysts independently, managing workload and daily operations effectively,
• Monitor target achievement and address potential breaches, escalating operational issues affecting the supervised team while ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and guidelines,
• Supervise the analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast, benchmarking key performance indicators with external and internal peers,
• Provide management with comprehensive information by compiling and summarizing data, presenting findings and analyses based on reports prepared within the team,
• Ensure processes and controls within the designated area of responsibility align with PwC and Client requirements, implementing necessary design and improvements,
• Deliver regular presentations of work results within the designated scope, emphasizing ongoing process performance and enhancements,
• Maintain continuous communication and collaboration with the project team and client management staff to address day-to-day operational challenges and seize opportunities.

Apply if you have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting or Business Administration,
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite, particularly Excel for data management, reporting and analysis,
• 5+ years of broad experience in the area of Managerial Reporting and Accounting , and/or Controlling and min 2 years of relevant professional experience as team leader,
• Proficiency in English is required, proficiency in German is considered an asset,
• Proven Process Management knowledge and experience (e.g finance process modeling, Business Process Management)
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive problem-solving approach suitable for addressing operational challenges.

Nice to have:

• Prior experience in managing day-to-day activities within managed services or GBS companies in the financial process transformation and EPM solution implementation space.
