As a part of the team, you’ll be the primary contact for ensuring the quality of our services is maintained while also considering better ways to provide the same service in a more cost efficient manner and keeping customer satisfaction with our services high.

The Role

Knowledge and Skills Preferred
Demonstrated industry-leading knowledge of:

Working with specific infrastructure and application technologies such as G Suite services,M365 Admin tools, to implement and operate advanced cloud hosted collaboration services;

Working experience with Service Now or similar ITSM system;

Understanding of user provisioning models and approaches, related tools and directory services;

Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP directory technologies, Google G Suite directory, directory synchronisation services, and Mail routing concepts/SMTP;

Troubleshooting issues and identifying territory or global specific issues;

Role Specific Responsibilities
-
Assume administrator responsibilities for applications that closely integrate with global Google G Suite services. This includes assisting with the controlling, maintenance and monitoring of the firm’s Google G Suite global service.

Assist with the controlling, maintenance and monitoring specific Google Workspace services across all of PwC, in alignment with agreed governance procedures. All actions performed must be coordinated with other Google Workspace Service Managers and administrators, and carried out under the direction of the global service manager. When performing this role the approved technical design and all processes must be respected to ensure agreed quality and service levels are maintained.
Examples of Specific Responsibilities

SaaS Integration Support - Implement and maintain 3rd party software which integrates with Google Workspace and M365. Responsibilities include license management, knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, architecture and security as it relates to Google Workspace and M365.

Design of co-existence solutions - assist with the design of solutions which enable user access and interactions with multiple collaboration platforms and service offerings, specifically applications which integrate closely with Microsoft M365 and Google Workspace platforms. When performing this role the approved technical design and all processes must be respected to ensure agreed quality and service levels are maintained.
