Job Description
- Act as gatekeeper for all Vendor Master Data within the global solution
- Implement and control data governance within the vendor master and connected areas Handle master data configuration and mass data loads in a quality ensured manner
- Support 3rd party in data enrichment and cleansing process
- Implement and control data governance within the vendor master and connected areas
- Gather issues and demands for process improvement
- Support testing in different phases
- Hold training connected to master data
- Participate in business requirement sessions and create stable solutions supporting business requirements
- Gather issues and demands for process improvement
- Run improvement activities
- Coordinate with development resources to provide detail functional specifications and field mapping documents for custom development
- Manage in data enrichment and cleansing process
- Manage testing in different phases
- Hold training connected to master data
- Provide Master Data expertise throughout projects and improvement activities
- Actively build cross-functional and cross-competence collaboration within and outside the area of responsibility
The Successful Applicant
Stakeholder Management, Communication and Presentations
- As required, provide the effective communication between parties
- Support and execute the creation and delivery of presentations and tutorials to internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, conceptual thinker, Self-Motivated individual
- Strong customer focus and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of procurement business processes, from requisitioning to payment
- Knowledge of SAP and Ariba Procurement platform; experience and knowledge of several of the Ariba modules including Sourcing, Contracting, Supplier Lifecycle Management and Performance, Procurement and Spend Reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with data migration and integration
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, in a multinational organization
- Ability to work in global team environment and communicate effectively with both internal business partners of all levels & disciplines
- Fluent in English and any additional language is a plus. Polish NOT required
