We launched in mid-2015 and within a short period of time, we achieved a market leader position in the UK. Currently, we're expanding internationally and we'd love for you to grow with us!
We are seeking a self-motivated person to join our Finance team. You'll have a chance to build your expertise in accounting and finance for Polish and foreign markets (UK, Australia, Ireland, Singapore).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Effectively coordinating processes in Accounts Receivable area (processing invoices, timely collecting payments, bank and balance sheet reconciliations using Xero and our internal systems)
- Identifying opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of processes (e.g. supporting automation projects)
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of the quarterly VAT and annual reports
- Being involved in additional projects to strengthen the team in achieving its strategic goals and objectives (e.g. conducting market researches)
- Providing support and operational information to our partners by phone and email
- Participating in ongoing opportunities to learn about industry trends, current financial legislation and company procedures
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Exceptional analytical and numerical skills
- Outstanding attention to details
- At least 6-12 months of relevant experience
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Constant learner mindset
- Ability to work independently
- High level of commitment, motivation and flexibility
- Educational background in finance/accounting and fluency in Polish would be an asset
