Department/Team overview

Corporate Trust Tax team is part of Operation Utilities department. Team’s main responsibility is assisting Client Service teams in collecting the appropriate tax documentation and ensuring that clients are documented for tax purposes. We deliver professional service on a day-to-day operational basis in terms of regulatory tax requirements and processing the necessary documentation. Team ensures the resolution of all issues with client facing divisions on a timely basis. 

Working hours – 8:30-17.00

Your role

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Tax Reporting and Compliance Representative to join our team in Wroclaw. You will be analysing and processing Clients’ tax documentation and ensuring that they are correct and match regulatory requirements. You will provide tax related services that help clients stay compliant with tax regulations across the financial world.   

As a successful candidate you will be given opportunity to:

  • Develop relationships with operational and client facing teams 
  • Develop knowledge about client onboarding process, compliance, and document validation
  • Familiarize with various regulations applicable to the role 
  • Enhance your analytical skills
  • Gather experience of working in a support role

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to seek answers
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Experience in analyzing client’s documents would be an asset
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Good Excel literacy
  • Fluent English spoken and written (min. B2 level).
