We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Regulatory Administration/Filings Manager I to join our Regulatory Administration team. This role is located in WROCŁAW, POLAND – HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Developing and preparing drafts and coordinating overall responsibility for SEC filings, including prospectuses, statements of additional information, proxies and supplements. 
  • Developing and preparing drafts and coordinating overall responsibility for mutual fund board materials, including board books, minutes and other corporate governance documentation. 
  • Actively analyzing and researching issues regarding the 1940 act and other mutual fund legislation. 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • MA/BA degree
  • Five years of financial services industry experience specializing in the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, as well as a working knowledge of other federal securities laws
  • Setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and handling multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment. 
  • Working well in a team environment as well as individually 
  • Performing a leadership role (demonstrating professionalism and good work conduct) with respect to the regulatory administrators in the department
