Requirements

• min 3 years of experience in a similar position,

Responsibilities

• hr advisor, providing guidance on employee relations and HR policies,
• manage key HR processes, including performance reviews, compensation, succession planning, and employee development,
• ensure compliance with local labor laws and initiated improvement projects to align HR practices with business objectives,
• collaborate with the HR team to execute people processes and resolve complex cross-functional issues,
• recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
