Requirements
- min 3 years of experience in a similar position,
- experience working with an external client,
- experience in cooperation with IT,
- knowledge of spoken and written English at a level of free communication,
- flexibility to changing business needs,

- independence.
Responsibilities
- hr advisor, providing guidance on employee relations and HR policies,
- manage key HR processes, including performance reviews, compensation, succession planning, and employee development,
- ensure compliance with local labor laws and initiated improvement projects to align HR practices with business objectives,
- collaborate with the HR team to execute people processes and resolve complex cross-functional issues,
- recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
