Requirements
- experience in full-cycle recruitment,
- experience in using different sourcing channels,
- a strong advantage will be experience in recruitment within the SSC/BPO sector,
- capable of managing multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously,
- excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with candidates and stakeholders,
- English and Polish on minimum B2 level.
Responsibilities
- oversee the full lifecycle of recruitment processes,
- source and attract top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms,
- develop strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand their needs and offer expert advice on attracting the ideal candidates,
- deliver a smooth and professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring journey,
- monitor recruitment metrics to identify areas for enhancement and drive process improvements.
