About the project
As a Senior BPM Functional Architect, you will play a key role in driving the design of BPM solutions for our clients. Your deep knowledge and hands-on experience with low-code platforms will enable you to create scalable, robust, and efficient solutions that align with our clients' business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery. This is a senior-level position that requires strong business analytical abilities, stakeholder management, technical expertise, and a customer-centric mindset.
Your responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and objectives, and design BPM solutions that meet their needs using low-code platforms like PEGA, or other relevant tools.
- Lead end-to-end business architecture, including process design, high level data flows modeling, integration, and user experience, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and standards.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in BPM, low-code platforms, and related technologies.
- Understand technical challenges related to BPM implementation, proactively addressing them at the functional design stage.
- Conduct workshops, presentations, and prototype demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the solution to teammates and internal stakeholders.

Our requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, economics, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in implementation of BPM solutions.
- Strong understanding of BPM methodologies, workflow automation, and business process optimization.
- Expertise in low-code platforms such as PEGA, or other relevant tools. Certification in such platforms is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges effectively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in business English
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
