Requirements

• proven experience in accounts receivable/invoicing processes,
• strong attention to detail and analytical skills,
• excellent communication skills in English and German, minimum B2,
• experience with SAP will be a significant advantage,
• ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• performing preventive checks prior to invoicing,
• creating and posting invoices and credit notes,
• sending invoices and confirming receipt by customers,
• ensuring billing document templates and content compliance,
• managing the integration of EDI with customers and content interfaces,
• contributing to the continuous improvement of invoicing processes.
