Financial Controller
Requirements
- finance graduate with at least 3–4 years experience in the finance department,
- experience in an independent position,
- experience in building up or transforming processes,
- project management and knowledge transfer would be an advantage,
- insightful analytics,
- analytical thinking, problem-solving attitude,
- very good MS Excel skills are a must,
- Power BI would be an advantage,
- effective communication: fluent in English, oral and written,
- ability to work effectively and collaboratively as a member of a team,
- experience in working with the SAP will be a plus.
Responsibilities
- preparing financial reports regarding the area of responsibility,
- preparation of budget/pre-budget and forecasts,
- cost analysis,
- participation in the transition process and preparation of related documentation,
- close cooperation with local businesses,
- cooperation with many stakeholders in an international environment,
- communication of financial results and analysis of variances to stakeholders in an international environment,
- improving the efficiency of current processes,
- participation in projects.
