Requirements

• finance graduate with at least 3–4 years experience in the finance department,
• experience in an independent position,
• experience in building up or transforming processes,
• project management and knowledge transfer would be an advantage,
• insightful analytics,
• analytical thinking, problem-solving attitude,
• very good MS Excel skills are a must,
• Power BI would be an advantage,
• effective communication: fluent in English, oral and written,
• ability to work effectively and collaboratively as a member of a team,
• experience in working with the SAP will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• preparing financial reports regarding the area of ​​responsibility,
• preparation of budget/pre-budget and forecasts,
• cost analysis,
• participation in the transition process and preparation of related documentation,
• close cooperation with local businesses,
• cooperation with many stakeholders in an international environment,
• communication of financial results and analysis of variances to stakeholders in an international environment,
• improving the efficiency of current processes,
