Requirements

• at least 4 years of experience in internal control and compliance,
• fluency in spoken and written English, 
• experience working in an international environment, 
• experience in cooperation commercial area
• experience in a managerial role will be an advantage, 

Responsibilities

• developing new and updating existing internal risk and compliance policies,
• conduct training workshops on compliance risk assessment,
• main point of contact for stakeholders on all compliance topics in the CEE region, including anti-bribery and corruption policy, antitrust and competition law, data protection, trade compliance,
• performs audits and inspects areas identified by management for review,
• prepare risk management reports for top management based on internal reviews,
• work with the Board of Directors, Risk Director and business partners to implement compliance programs.
