Your responsibilities
- Verification of legal documentation,
- Updating client databases on the basis of received documents,
- Maintaining quality of data processed in reference systems,
- Administrating framework agreements,
- Daily communication with the teams in the Bank's Head Office,
- Archiving documents,
- Preparing reports and presentations in scope of department activity.
Our requirements
- Student status for the entire duration of the internship, preferably 1st or 2nd year students,
- Availability to work a 40 hours per week,
- Proficiency in Polish and English,
- Knowledge of MS Office (advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint),
- Very good organisation of work,
- Analytical thinking skills,
- Commitment and accuracy,
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently,
- Ability to work under time pressure.
