Requirements

• degree in Economics, Finance, or a comparable field from an internationally recognized institution,
• a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Controlling, ideally within a multinational environment,
• advanced proficiency in MS Office, with particularly strong Excel skills,
• strong command of English, both written and spoken,
• exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial data clearly,
• ability to work independently, as well as effectively collaborate across functions and cultures.

Responsibilities

• provide crucial support to the financial controlling department through in-depth economic and financial analyses, facilitating both operational and strategic decision-making,
• manage the controlling of designated sections within group and ensure accurate financial oversight,
• collaborate with subsidiaries on controlling matters, preparing comprehensive monthly reports, including variance analysis,
• review financial data for accuracy, reasonableness, and completeness, ensuring reliable information for decision-making,
• develop, implement, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports that support internal analysis and business strategies,
• prepare ad-hoc financial analyses for the management team, contributing to quick and effective decision-making processes,
• engage in cross-functional communication with various departments to ensure alignment on financial goals and data interpretation,
• support the company’s forecasting and long-term budget planning, including the 5-year strategic plan.
