What you will do:

• Back up Team Lead during their absence
• Coordinate operational team activities
• Drive client operational calls on request
• Train and coach new joiners

You will also perform duties typical for Procure to Pay role:

• Process and code invoices in accordance with Accenture and client invoicing procedures  
• Reverse invoices for incorrect hosting  
• Block and release invoices for payment on business request  
• Monitor blocked and parked invoice reports and ensure aged invoices are followed up on a timely basis
• Prepare IC reconciliations 
• Handle customer's requests  
• Raise, route, and manage invoice exceptions process with business vendor 
• Update and maintain Vendor Master Data 
• Provide regular reports related to the above processes

Here's what you'll need:

• Turkish and English at least at B2 level
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Accounts Payable area
• MS Excel and MS Word skills
• Flexibility, especially in the period of month/year - end closing
• Ability to work analytically, focus on details and high accuracy.

• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
