The Employee Experience team at PwC Poland is made up of 10 passionate people committed to creating unique and valuable experiences for employees at every stage of their journey through the organization. Our goal is to create a workplace where employees can feel comfortable, want to grow and strive for mutual success. We are looking for:

Senior Employee Experience Consultant

 

Your future role:

  • deliver end-to-end employee experience projects with major focus on employee experience transformation area,

  • contribute in projects enhancing employee experience area,

  • preparing researches, analysis and data emerging with employee experience / Analyze engagement data and present findings to senior management staff,

  • searching for AI opportunities in Ex area,

  • improve, redesign and map HR processes,

  • together with technical teams Implement solutions that solve problems and add value to the business and HR.
     

Apply if you have:

  • background in people topics targeting people & culture area,

  • working in design thinking approach would be a serious advantage,

  • experience in managing projects,

  • the ability to work independently and deliver results,

  • strong digital and data analysis skills with the ability to gather, interpret and present data to drive decision-making,

  • strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels,

  • the ability to listen to requirements and provide imaginative solutions to challenges,

  • fluency in English,

  • organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,

  • a minimum 2-3 years of experience in a role focused on employee engagement/people experience or a related field,

  • proactive in implementing initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace.
