Human Resources and Payroll Operations in MSO, PwC Poland is a rapidly expanding team. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our clients, as we delve into diverse projects and collaborate closely with international expert consulting and compliance teams to provide comprehensive Payroll and HR Administration services across various sectors in the region.

We are looking for:

Operations Senior Manager

Your future role:

  • Operational Supervision: Provide daily operational supervision in close cooperation with Managers to ensure smooth functioning of subordinate areas.
  • KPI Management: Set up and monitor operational KPIs in cooperation with Business Leaders to measure and enhance performance.
  • Work Allocation: Organize efficient work allocation across managers and teams to optimize productivity.
  • Continuous Improvement: Initiate and lead the implementation of operational best practices and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Client Onboarding: Manage the onboarding of new clients and processes, providing operational expertise in payroll, HR administration, and HR helpdesk.
  • Escalation Supervision: Supervise the resolution of escalations, including conducting root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences.
  • People Leadership: Lead people processes for subordinate areas, from recruitment through training, development, and engagement, to build a high-performing team.

Apply if you have:

  • More than 5 years of proven experience in operational supervision and expertise in payroll and HR administration,
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to set clear goals and monitor progress.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and manage change effectively.
  • Fluency in English,
  • Excellent communication skills, including both - clients and internal sponsors communication,
  • Experience in managing client onboarding and process integration,
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Nice to have:

  • Proficiency in one of the other European languages (e.g. German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese) will be considered a strong plus (however, not a necessary requirement).
