For our Client, an international manufacturing company with an office located in Warsaw, we are looking for candidates interested in the position of Junior Accounts Payable Specialist.
As part of the AP department, you will support the AP team with invoice processing, data entry and other related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills and a basic understanding of accounting principles.

Requirements:
- very good English (min. B2),
- previous experience in Account Payable – nice to have,
- university degree in Finance and Accounting or relevant – nice to have,
- high level of accuracy and attention to detail,
- ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- verifying incoming purchase invoices,
- entering invoice data into system,
- ensuring a high level of automation for verified invoices,
- supporting PTP team with invoice posting,
- identifying potential process improvements opportunities.
