We are looking for:

Enterprise Security Architect (IAM)

 

Apply, if you:

  • Developing and executing the enterprise security architecture roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and industry best practices;
  • Designing and implementing scalable and robust IAM security solutions, including access management, identity governance & administration, cloud infrastructure & entitlement management, and privileged access management;
  • Defining and communicating the vision and goals for IAM security, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation;
  • Defining and enforcing IAM policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of enterprise resources;
  • Designing and implementing IAM solutions for hybrid environments, bridging on-premises and cloud-based systems seamlessly including Directory services integration and management (experience with Microsoft Entra / Azure AD suite, SailPoint and ForgeRock will be an advantage), Securing containerized environments, such as Docker and Kubernetes and secure authentication and authorization within a microservices architecture;
  • Designing and implementing Zero Trust security principles and frameworks for IAM, enabling continuous authentication, least privilege, and adaptive access controls;
  • Establishing strategies and processes for managing digital certificates and secrets, including TLS/SSL certificates, cryptographic keys, and API tokens;
  • Implementing of certificate lifecycle management, including issuance, revocation, and renewal processes;
  • Leading and manage a team of IAM, Collaboration and Devices security architects, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback;
  • Promoting a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional development.
