IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Set up efficient accounting & tax processes from scratch for 3 newly founded companies Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia in a project environment.
• Run Accounting & Tax processes for 3 legal entities after go live.
• Support month end and year end close according to local GAAP rules as well as IFRS.
• Ensure compliance with local taxation rules.
• Work in an international environment within a matrix organization.
• Report directly to the Head of Accounting & Tax CEE.
• Work with audit companies as well as internal audit.

YOU MATCH US PERFECTLY WHEN YOU:

• Have a university degree in Accounting.
• Have several years of accounting experience in leasing business
• Have CPA or CMA certificates (would be a plus).
• Have knowledge of Polish local GAAP as well as IFRS, knowledge of Czech/Slovakian local GAAP (will be a plus).
• Are fluent in English and able to communicate between different stakeholders, markets and across multiple levels
• Have a high level of resilience, commitment, independence and flexibility
