We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Fund/Client Accounting II (Administration and Reporting Specialist) to join our team in Alternative Operations. This role is located in Wrocław, Poland – HYBRID.

Your role:

Among other tasks, you will be responsible for analysing data, reports development and process flow management. This role requires a blend of analytical and administration skills. You’ll have the opportunity to grow your skills, knowledge, and experience across a broad spectrum of competencies around financial data flows. This will give you an exposure to interacting and working with various locations across the world, hence the fluent English requirement. 

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Supporting the production with regular and ad-hoc reporting
  • Creating custom reports presented in an ‘easy-to-understand’ format
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure business needs are met
  • Investigate queries raised in relation to data and reporting
  • Assist with the continuous improvement, development and streamlining of reporting processes

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Have proven expertise in data modelling and the use of analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, SQL, Tableau)
  • Understand MS Excel to an advanced level
  • Be able to write SQL queries combining data across multiple data sources
  • Experience in SharePoint creation and administration
  • Experience in creating professional presentations for Senior Management
