Finance Managed Services (FMS) in PwC Poland is rapidly expanding as part of the Managed Services Operations. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming the operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our domestic and international clients, as we delve into diverse, complex projects and collaborate closely with expert consulting teams to provide comprehensive finance services, including accounting and reporting, tax as well as financial planning & analysis, across various sectors in the region. 

We are looking for:

Capability | Offering Lead (FP&A) - Senior Manager/Director

Your future role:

• Firm level end-to-end process design ownership incl. process maps, process controls, performance,
• Benchmark, process metrics, teams pyramids, cost structures, 
• Defining and delivering the latest global offer, assets and capabilities across FP&A,
• Defining and owning PwC FMS value proposition,
• Bringing inspiration and new industry developments and promoting advancements beyond existing transformation, delivery and technology solutions,
• Support Go to Market (GTM) Leads and in market sales activities including lead generation, response creation, proposal development, commercials client interactions, etc.

Apply if you have:

• Deep functional understanding of FP&A processes,
• Understanding and practical experience with the latest technology used for process design, mining, documentation, quality control,
• Industry network and relationships to create/access the best sources of industry benchmarks, competitive intelligence,
• Experience in delivery, global process ownership, solution architecture at large BPO companies required.

Nice to have:

• Fluent German or other languages.
