YOUR TASKS

• Timely and accurate processing of data according to the project/process deadlines and to the expected quality
• Providing clarification of HR policies and procedures regarding compensation and benefits
• Answering emails, queries and escalations related to compensation and benefits area
• Cooperating with benefits external providers regarding benefits administration and development
• Ensuring that compensation and benefits documentation is up to date
• Cooperating and knowledge sharing with other delivery teams
• Proposing new solutions within the assigned compensation and benefits processes
• Providing compensation and benefits analysis based on internal/external data

YOUR PROFILE

• Fluent Polish and English (at least B2)
• Experience in working with sensitive data; sense of confidentiality
• Excellent communication and client facing skills 
• Excellent job organization and time management skills
• Attention to detail and passion for excellence
• Ability to cooperate smoothly with other team members
• Experience in working on similar positions in a corporate environment (Benefits Administration)
• Experience in working with PPK (Pracownicze Plany Kapitałowe) will be an asset
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
