Our Requirements:

Well-rounded professional with expertise in learning and development and project management, with strong client focus, excellent communication skills, coupled with problem-solving abilities.
Skills & Experience in:

  • Working in Learning & Development environment, leading and management diverse projects from inception through to delivery
  • Project management, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and budgeting
  • Adept at setting clear project objectives, milestones, and deliverables
  • Learning Design, from requirements definition through Design, Build and Deploy is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of learning solutions, gather feedback, make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement and able to make sense of complex and logical problems quickly
  • A strategic thinker who can compile, understand and interpret budget data to create insights for stakeholders and demonstrate our value to the wider business.

Your future tasks:

  • Acting as a strategic advisor to the business, building knowledge of business priorities and learning needs
  • Master capability-building agenda specific to GBL 
  • Ability to leverage global offers to meet local needs
  • Preparing budgetary spend for the entity in relation to global learning and aligned with other GBL
  • Presents a client-oriented approach focused on user experience and end value for the customer
  • Conduct full training needs analysis using various methods
  • Monitors KPIs and budget consumption effectiveness on a regular basis
  • Proactively recommends adjustment to the program based on changing needs and priorities
  • Evaluate programs based on sponsor's expectations
  • Collect feedback from sponsor of the program and recommend further development solutions
  • Promotes L&D offer within the business
  • Build professional and trusting relations with business senior stakeholders and proactively identify development needs
  • Stay up to date with current L&D trends on the market and include new propositions on global and GBL L&D offer
  • In some cases, external vendors might be involved in the development process. The candidate should be proficient in, managing, and collaborating with vendors to ensure quality deliverables.
