
Junior IT Project Manager

Your role
- support and coordinate international IT projects related to our global locations
- coordinate internal teams and external partners across different countries
- manage timelines, tasks, documentation, and project updates
- keep internal stakeholders aligned and ensure deadlines are met
- support the planning and implementation of location-related projects
- help identify risks, resolve issues, and keep projects on track
Your profile
- university degree in Project Management, or a comparable qualification
- first professional experience in project management, operations, facilities, or a similar field
- experience coordinating projects, stakeholders, timelines, and external partners is an advantage
- strong interest in international projects and global operations
- language skills: excellent written and spoken Polish, English and German (required)
- confident using Microsoft Office/ Microsoft 365
- experience with project management tools is a plus
