The Financial Services Consulting team is one of the largest advisory practices in PwC Poland (100+ people and growing), specializing in guiding financial institutions (banking, insurance, and capital markets) through the complexities of risk management (financial and non-financial risks) and regulatory compliance landscape. By leveraging deep sector knowledge and with the use of cutting-edge technology, we enable our clients to maintain robust governance and regulatory adherence, build sustainable competitive advantages and keep strong organizational resilience.
We work closely with clients from Poland and regions like CEE, EMEA and Middle East.
We are looking for:
Financial Services Consultant
Your future role:
- Assess the impact of new regulations and support their effective implementation,
- Develop and update client’s internal documentation (strategies, policies, procedures),
- Analyze, optimize and automate business processes, increasing their efficiency,
- Understand business objectives, identify and gather detailed requirements,
- Draft business and functional specifications (incl. IT system requirements),
- Assess effectiveness of internal control systems in financial institutions (incl. RCSA),
- Define data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures,
- Establish and enforce data quality standards and metrics.
Apply if you have:
- Agile, business-driven personality, thriving in a dynamic environment,
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills,
- Willingness to learn and adapt,
- General understanding of banking environment (banking products and regulation),
- Previous experience (1-5 years) in the financial sector or consulting is welcomed,
- Willingness to work for international clients (including some travelling).
