Financial Accounting Specialist with German

Location: Kraków

This position focuses on:

  • Delivering full financial services “Mandantenbuchhaltung” for small and medium group companies according to Group requirements and all regulatory standards.
  • Expertise, knowledge and best practices sharing in all finance areas R2R/GL/Tax/P2P/O2C areas

Key functional responsibilities:

  • Conduct of the ongoing financial accounting for Bundled Solutions’ customers
  • Examining, processing and posting of financial records and business transactions
  • Master data maintenance via the ERP system
  • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB / IFRS
  • Processing of payment transactions and receivables management
  • Preparing weekly cash flow statements
  • Creation and management of provisions
  • Posting of wage and salary data
  • Posting of invoices and fixed assets
  • Internal reporting, tax reports
  • Keeping up-to-date with financial policies, practices, and regulations.
  • Conducting internal audits
  • Ensuring compliance with Group requirements (MAUI) and all regulatory standards (accounting standards)
  • Examining financial records to check for accuracy
  • Taking part in projects and migrations when required

Job specific qualifications/knowledge/experience:

  • Very good command of German & English (both on min. B2 level)
  • University diploma: Finance & Accounting/Economics or equivalent education (courses)
  • min. 3 years’ experience on Senior/Specialist position with strong e2e process understanding (R2R, GL, Tax, P2P, O2C)  
  • Strong accounting and financial reporting background, basic knowledge of taxation
  • Practical knowledge of accounting/general ledger/financial reporting
  • SAP FI experience required
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical and conceptual mindset
