For our Client, a global company operating in the chemical industry, we are looking for a candidate for the Senior Financial Controller with French. The role will be filled in newly created SSC / GBS structures. Controller will be responsible for managing the plant's financial administration and providing Plant and Operations management with key financial data and analyses to enable decision-making in various operational and accounting decisions. The company's headquarters is located in Kraków.

Requirements
- min. 5 years of financial experience in a multinational environment, preferably with plant-controlling expertise,
- advanced analytical and communication skills,
- proficient in MS Excel with a strong aptitude for systems, especially ERP SAP,
- adaptable and skilled in collaborating with management teams and stakeholders, such as S&OP, while effectively challenging and securing alignment when necessary,
- capable of working independently and in close, often remote, collaboration,
- fluent both in French and English.
Responsibilities
- manage budgeting processes, including analysis of material loss, inventory, and maintain effectiveness of plant operations,
- develop and monitor performance metrics with efficient tracking tools,
- prepare and review monthly financial reports for plant operations,
- conduct audits (SOX) to ensure compliance, suggest improvements, and support implementation,
- collaborate with plant management to identify cost-saving opportunities and boost efficiency,
- calculate and manage product costs effectively.
