The Application Evolution Services team is a part of PwC Poland. Our work requires constant monitoring of the operation of applications and real-time response. We also improve existing products and introduce new functionalities, so that applications can advance in parallel with our clients’ growth. We repair, keep our fingers on the pulse, create CR, document, and sometimes teach our clients’ employees. The better we work, the less you notice us. Plus, we simply love what we do. ServiceNow Developer/Consultant

Your future role:

  • Designing and configuring ServiceNow applications according to business requirements, including creating custom applications, modules, workflows, and integrations with other systems,
  • Implementing and optimizing ITSM, ITOM, SIR, CSM, ITBM, or other ServiceNow modules (e.g., HR, Security Operations),
  • Collaborating with business and IT teams to identify requirements, analyze needs, and tailor ServiceNow platform solutions to specific business processes,
  • Participating in the entire project lifecycle – from requirements analysis, through design and configuration, to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support,
  • Creating and updating technical and functional documentation related to projects carried out on the ServiceNow platform,
  • Proactively solving problems and ensuring high availability and optimal performance of the ServiceNow system,
  • Implementing ServiceNow integrations with other business systems and ITSM-class systems using APIs, MID Server, Web Services (REST/SOAP),
  • Supporting training activities and knowledge transfer to teams and clients.

Apply if you have:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working as a ServiceNow Developer or Consultant, covering the full cycle of application and business process implementation on the ServiceNow platform,
  • Proficiency in working with the ITSM module and at least one of the other ServiceNow modules, such as ITOM, SIR, CSM, ITBM, HR, or Security Operations,
  • Ability to write JavaScript scripts, including Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, as well as knowledge of Flow Designer and Workflow Engine,
  • Knowledge of integration with external systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, JDBC, LDAP, and other technologies,
  • Ability to manage configuration and administration of the ServiceNow instance, including user management, permissions, and service catalog,
  • Holding ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, ITSM Implementation) will be an additional advantage,
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and effectively communicate with various stakeholders, both technical and non-technical,
  • Familiarity with working in an Agile/Scrum environment,
  • Very good command of English, both spoken and written,
  • Knowledge of German will be an additional advantage.
